How to preview a seven-day journey in Frewli

Read the lessons, try a fictional exercise and choose a useful cue before a journey opens. Then understand its joining window and the separate record of small daily reflections.

Preview now; check the joining dates

On November 3, 2026, Seven Days, Your Pace is available to preview, but Join this journey is not yet available. You can prepare the lessons, quiz, fictional practice and take-away card without adding a drink or completing a journey day.

1. Open the journey and read its status

In Frewli, go to You > Workshops & journeys, then choose Seven Days, Your Pace. Read the status under its title before trying to join. The library also contains workshops; a journey has a separate seven-step reflection record.

The checked schedule opens on December 7, 2026 at 00:00 and closes as December 21, 2026 begins, in Europe/Bratislava time. The app displays dates in your device’s local time, so the calendar date can differ elsewhere. Check the displayed status again when you return.

This is one shared event window. Joining later does not create a new two-week window of your own. The preparation described below is available before the opening date.

2. Prepare with the fictional examples

  1. Read 1 · Explore, then tap I’ve reviewed the lessons. The control changes to Lessons reviewed ✓.
  2. Under 2 · Check your understanding, consider what counts as a useful small win. Choose Learning your usual cup size; extra drinking is not the task.
  3. Under 3 · Practice safely, read the fictional cup example. Its serving size is 300 ml, so enter 300 in Your answer and tap Check practice answer.

A correct response shows Practice complete. That number belongs to the fictional exercise: it is neither a drink you consumed nor a suggested portion. Practice does not add water to Today, Apple Health or the caffeine log.

3. Keep one cue on your take-away card

Under Your take-away card, choose With lunch, At my desk or After breakfast. Your selected phrase appears on the card and is saved locally. It does not schedule a notification or change the switches in You > Reminders.

For example, Sam chooses At my desk as a cue to check whether an actual drink needs recording. On a day without an unrecorded drink, checking the record is still a useful action. The card does not ask Sam to drink extra or copy the practice amount.

Leave the journey and reopen it to check the saved preparation and choice. If the app reports that progress could not be saved, try again rather than assuming it was kept.

4. Join only when the event opens

During the active window, Join this journey becomes available. Joining alone does not complete a day. Under Your seven small wins, check the count and the next mission, such as Choose your daily cue.

To mark a step, first review the lessons, pass the question and practice, and choose a valid card. Reflect on the displayed mission, then tap I’ve reflected on this step today. The journey accepts at most one completion per device-local calendar date, rather than one every 24 hours.

A gap keeps earlier steps and leaves the next mission waiting; it does not skip ahead. However, the event still closes at its scheduled end. New reflections cannot be completed after that boundary, even if fewer than seven are recorded. Ended events remain readable with their saved card.

5. Keep the two kinds of progress separate

What each Frewli record means
RecordWhat it tracks
Journey days completeAccepted reflections on the journey’s seven missions.
Your progressYour drink records and daily goals, including the separate water-tracking streak.
Take-away cardA local reference phrase, not a reminder schedule or a drink entry.

Completing a journey day does not fill a missing water log or repair a drink-tracking streak. The journey journal is local to this installation and current account identity; it is not included in Frewli’s cloud sync. Do not assume another device or a reinstall will restore it. See the separate account and cloud-status guide for those controls.

6. Notice when you leave practice

Open real drink editor, under Use what you learned, opens the regular drink form. Saving there creates a real drink entry. Use it only for something you actually consumed, check the amount and time, and save once.

If the drink already exists, correct the existing entry instead. Reading a lesson, checking an answer or keeping a cue never requires an extra real drink.
