These terms govern your use of FluidIQ, a hydration and recovery guidance app for wellness and fitness support.
Use Of FluidIQ
FluidIQ provides science-informed hydration guidance, recovery support, and fitness insights. You are responsible for deciding whether app guidance is appropriate for your circumstances.
Not Medical Advice
FluidIQ does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical-grade hydration monitoring. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing hydration, sodium, electrolyte, nutrition, or training habits if you have medical concerns.
Accounts And Subscriptions
FluidIQ may support email sign-in for account sync. FluidIQ may offer paid Pro subscriptions or lifetime access through Apple StoreKit. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple and your App Store account settings.
Where applicable, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Health And Fitness Data
Health and fitness estimates depend on device availability, permissions, workout sources, environment inputs, and user feedback. Guidance may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Availability
FluidIQ may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Background refresh, HealthKit updates, push notifications, provider sync, and weather updates may depend on Apple system behavior, permissions, connectivity, and provider availability.
Account Deletion
You can request or perform account deletion using the in-app Profile flow or the instructions at fluidiq.app/account-deletion.
