Delete FluidIQ Account
FluidIQ supports account deletion from inside the app and by support request. This page is provided for App Store review and for users who need help deleting synced data.
Delete From The App
- Open FluidIQ on your iPhone.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete FluidIQ Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
After deletion completes, FluidIQ removes the account where supported, deletes synced FluidIQ records tied to that account, signs out the local session, and resets local app data on the device.
Request Help By Email
If you cannot access the app, email sebastianmraz@gmail.com from the address connected to your FluidIQ account and request account deletion.
Support may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before deleting synced account data.
What May Remain
Apple purchase history, App Store receipts, and subscription records are managed by Apple and may remain in your Apple account according to Apple's policies. Some records may also be retained when legally required for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute handling.
