Delete Frewli Account
Frewli supports account deletion from inside the app and by support request. You can use every feature for free. Cloud sync may use an anonymous account before you add an email address.
Delete From The App
- Open Frewli on your iPhone.
- Open You > Account & sync.
- Choose Delete Frewli account.
- Review and confirm the deletion request.
You can delete the anonymous or email-linked account currently active in the app without adding an email address first. After deletion completes, Frewli removes the account, deletes synced Frewli records tied to that account, signs out the local session, and resets local app data on the device.
Request Help By Email
If you cannot access the app, email sebastianmraz@gmail.com for account deletion help. If you added an email address to your account, contact support from that address.
Support may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before deleting synced account data.
What May Remain
Apple purchase history, App Store receipts, and subscription records are managed by Apple and may remain in your Apple account according to Apple's policies. Original Apple Health records remain in Apple Health. Some records may also be retained when legally required for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute handling.
