FluidIQ imports Apple Health workouts after permission is granted. Workouts written into Apple Health by other providers can be imported if Apple Health exposes them.
Hydration prompts, recovery reminders, and daily check-ins depend on iOS notification permission and Focus settings.
Anonymous/local use works on the device. Email sign-in can sync supported account data through Supabase.
FluidIQ subscriptions and lifetime purchases are managed through Apple StoreKit. Use App Store account settings for subscription management, renewal changes, cancellations, and refund requests.
In the app, open Profile > FluidIQ Pro to purchase, restore, refresh status, or open Apple's subscription management sheet.
Open FluidIQ, go to Profile, then choose Delete FluidIQ Account. The app removes synced account data, signs out, and clears local app data after deletion succeeds.
Detailed instructions are available at fluidiq.app/account-deletion.
