FluidIQ uses Apple Health data only after you grant permission. The data is used for hydration and recovery guidance inside FluidIQ.

- Body mass
- Dietary water samples
Health Data FluidIQ May Write
When you allow it, FluidIQ may save dietary water samples created from manual hydration logs.
How The Data Is Used
Health data is used to estimate hydration and recovery needs, import workouts, adapt guidance using body mass and workout intensity, and keep manually logged water aligned with Apple Health when you allow it.
FluidIQ does not use HealthKit data for advertising, tracking, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical-grade monitoring.
Manage Permission
You can change HealthKit permission at any time in iOS Settings or in the Apple Health app.
