How to update your Personal plan in Frewli

Keep your saved profile details current, check the values after reopening and understand which settings belong to your daily check-in, Starting goal or account instead.

The quick version

Open You > Personal plan. Edit the relevant profile field and check its displayed value. Changes save automatically on this device; there is no Save button. Go back and reopen Personal plan to verify. A saved profile edit does not record a drink or change your email sign-in.

These controls were checked for Frewli 1.1.2 on November 1, 2026. This guide explains app settings, not what body values or fluid intake you should aim for.

1. Open the profile details screen

Choose You, then Personal plan, described as About you and your sweat. The screen opens with Name, Age, Sex, Weight and Sweat tendency together.

Starting goal is a separate card on You. You do not need to open it to correct a name or another profile detail. Personal plan also contains a separate Sweat calibration link below the profile controls.

2. Change the field you intended

Controls on Personal plan
FieldHow to change it
NameTap the text field and edit the profile name.
AgeUse minus or plus, then check the displayed age.
SexOpen the menu and choose Female, Male or Not specified.
WeightUse minus or plus and recheck the value after each adjustment.
Sweat tendencyOpen the menu and choose Low, Moderate or High.

Within the manual range, Age adjusts in one-year steps and Weight in 1 kg steps. Age uses 13 and 100 as its button bounds; Weight uses 40 and 160 kg. These are limits of the controls, not recommended body values. A Health import can fall outside the manual weight range, so an adjustment may jump to a bound. The Weight label also rounds to whole kilograms even when the stored value contains a decimal.

Choose the value you mean to keep. Changing profile fields is not a way to prescribe a different fluid intake, and a profile edit need not change Today’s target.

3. Reopen the screen to check saving

The footer reads Saved automatically on this device. Changes are applied as you edit; there is no separate confirmation form. Back does not discard an edit. Use it to return to You, reopen Personal plan and check the field you changed.

For a fictional example, a profile name says Sam and you want it to say Sam R. Edit that field, go back and reopen it. Check for Sam R. You have corrected a profile label, without needing to add a drink, run a calibration or change the account’s email.

If you changed the wrong field, set that field back to the value you intended and recheck. Automatic on-device saving does not confirm that a remote sync has finished. For that, use You > Account & sync and read the latest result, as explained in the cloud-sync guide.

4. Recheck Weight after a Health refresh

The Apple Health connection flow can update Frewli’s stored Weight from the latest permitted body-mass record when one is available. A later Health refresh can therefore replace a manual profile value. There is no promise that the last manual adjustment always wins.

If the displayed Weight changes after refreshing Health, return to Personal plan and compare the value with the record available through that connection. Remember that this label rounds to whole kilograms. The Health setup guide explains the separate permission controls; changing Personal plan does not revoke those permissions.

5. Keep profile, daily inputs and goals separate

Your taskUse
Correct a saved profile detailYou > Personal plan
Change the chosen starting water settingStarting goal on You
Update the current daily check-in inputsThe daily check-in screen
Check email sign-in or cloud-sync statusYou > Account & sync

For a chosen starting value, follow the Starting goal guide. For current feedback, use the daily check-in guide. Personal plan’s Name is not an email-sign-in field.

Return to Today to review its context after a change. Today’s goal and logged fluids are different numbers: keeping profile details current does not add consumed volume, and the displayed target does not have to move after every edit.

6. Treat calibration as an optional separate task

Sweat calibration opens another form with its own Save Calibration control. It is separate from choosing Low, Moderate or High in the Sweat tendency menu.

You do not need to run a weigh-in test to save the Personal plan fields. Leave the optional calibration alone when your task is simply correcting a profile detail. The demonstration values in the screenshot show the interface; they are not recommended settings, measured results or a reason to change what you drink.
