The quick version
On Today, tap the remaining-goal message and information icon below your progress. In Today’s target, expand Extra heat today?, review Activity, minutes and Intensity, then tap the matching Log button once. Check the row below before adding anything else.
These controls match Frewli 1.1.1, checked October 27, 2026. This guide explains how to record something that happened. The app’s duration defaults and intensity input are not recommendations for how long or how intensely to expose yourself to heat.
1. Open Today’s target
Start on Today. Below the progress amount, find the remaining amount to your daily goal and the small information symbol. If the goal is complete, the message changes to All set for today · listen to your thirst; the same control still opens the details.
The sheet is titled Today’s target. Expand Extra heat today? to reveal its form and today’s saved entries. The goal shown above is an app estimate, not a measurement of what you drank or lost.
2. Check the activity and minutes together
- Choose the matching Activity from the picker.
- Use the minus or plus controls to set minutes. This form offers 5–180 minutes in five-minute steps, rather than a free-text duration.
- Review Intensity, a separate input from 1 to 3.
Changing Activity replaces the selected duration with that activity’s default. If you set minutes first and then change the activity, check the minutes again before logging. Recheck Intensity too; the form does not provide named intensity levels or an objective assessment.
Use these fields to describe a completed event within the form’s limits. The default is a starting value to review, not evidence that it matches your event. This screen does not time an activity or provide a start-time, end-time or previous-date picker.
3. Log once and check today’s row
Tap Log followed by the selected activity name, such as Log Sauna. The record saves immediately, and an added message appears. Done closes the sheet; it is not a separate Save step.
The row below shows the activity and duration, with a Remove button. It does not repeat the saved intensity. Every tap on Log creates another record; tapping it again does not update the first one.
Records use the time you log them. This list shows the current local calendar day, newest first. A row leaving today’s list after the date changes does not mean the older record was deleted. Use this form for today’s context rather than attempting to backfill yesterday.
4. Remove a mistake before replacing it
If you chose the wrong activity, duration or intensity, identify the row and tap its Remove button. There is no inline editor or undo control in this sheet. Review the form, then log one corrected entry if needed. Check the list first when you are unsure whether the original tap saved.
Removal clears the current local record. In this version, an already-uploaded cloud copy can return during a later sync because removal does not delete that remote copy. Recheck after syncing; if it returns, contact Frewli support rather than repeatedly creating replacements.
5. Keep context and intake distinct
An extra heat entry contributes context to Frewli’s plan; it does not add consumed water or create a workout. Record an actual drink through the drink controls, and use the manual workout form for a completed session. Heat records are considered separately from workout and weather inputs; overlapping context is not automatically merged.
Do not create another heat entry just to make the target change. The app considers these entries alongside other inputs, and a goal already reached today can stay fixed. See the water-goal guide and daily check-in guide for those separate controls.
