Your puzzle progress
Saved boards, moves, notes, completion history, stars, streaks and preferences stay in each app’s private storage on your device. We operate no player accounts or gameplay servers and do not receive your saved boards. The apps generate puzzles on your device and you can play offline. Device backups may include local app data. There is no app-managed synchronization between devices.
Advertising while connected
The apps use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). When an internet connection and the required privacy permissions are available, AdMob can show a labeled banner on the Play and Journey screens and occasional full-screen ads between completed games. Ads do not gate puzzles, hints or progress. Offline gameplay remains available.
Google’s SDK may process an IP address and general location inferred from it, app- or device-related identifiers, ads viewed and ad interactions, other usage interactions, crash logs and performance information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and maintain or improve its services; it may share information with entities involved in displaying ads. Your puzzle answers and saved progress are not sent to Google by our game code.
Our apps request non-personalized advertising, disable Google’s publisher first-party identifier and do not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing and may use local storage for ad measurement or fraud prevention. Advertising privacy messages and choices are provided by Google UMP where required. You can revisit the available choices in Settings → Ad privacy choices. If a choice is unavailable offline, connect to the internet and try again. Advertising requests follow UMP’s permission state.
Google’s processing, retention, international transfers and controls are explained in the Google Privacy Policy, information about partner apps and AdMob advertising information. The Google Mobile Ads data disclosure explains the SDK’s data categories. We have no separate analytics service and no Firebase Analytics integration in these apps.
Optional reminders
Only when you enable reminders do we ask iOS for notification permission. iOS schedules reminders locally. We do not use push servers or receive notification tokens. Disable reminders in app Settings or manage notification permission and lock-screen previews in iOS Settings.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message and use them to answer your request. Please include only the information needed for support. We retain correspondence while needed to handle your request and applicable recordkeeping; you may request deletion. The website’s support form prepares a draft in your email application and does not send your message to a website server.
This website uses local fonts and Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free, aggregated page views and visitor information, such as referring site, approximate country, browser and device type. Our integration removes URL query strings and fragments, sends no support-form text or email addresses, and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can turn off website measurement in the website analytics controls. Website measurement is separate from the apps and their advertising services. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses and requested pages, to serve and secure it. Apple may process App Store activity, ratings and device diagnostics under Apple’s own policies and your settings.
Your choices and rights
Reset progress in each app’s Settings or remove the app to delete its current local gameplay data. A reset recovery copy may remain in local app storage until the app is removed. A device backup can retain earlier copies under your backup settings. We cannot recover or delete game records that we never receive.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information held by us, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Required advertising consent can be changed through the app’s privacy options; exercising choices does not remove gameplay features. For information held independently by Google or Apple, use their privacy controls or contact them. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Depending on your region, additional rights may include opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising and receiving equal treatment when you exercise a privacy right. Use the available advertising choices in the app or contact us for help. We do not sell support correspondence. We process support correspondence to provide requested support and maintain a secure service; consent is used for advertising storage or processing when required. Contact us for questions or to exercise applicable rights.
Audience and updates
These are general-audience logic games, not services specifically directed at children. We do not request a child’s name, account, precise location, health information or contacts. If you believe a child’s personal information was sent to us in a support request, contact us so we can address it. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
